 MINIMUM EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:   Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalency and some experience working with the public. Prior experience or college course work in American History, Anthropology or other areas related to the nature of the work is desired. Experience in security would be helpful.  The candidate selected must undergo and pass a drug screening test prior to employment. 

 MINIMUM PHYSICAL OR ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:  Must be able to work varying work schedules between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Tuesday through Friday and between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm on Saturdays. Some additional evening hours will be required to accommodate events/rentals. Must have the physical ability to lift and move exhibits and other artifacts and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to climb ladders and lift at least 25 lbs.
